Here are a few issues of J-News from the 1980s that I was able to preserve. Madolyn Nix kept me on the mailing list for these, even though I was an electrical engineering major and not in the J department. The journalism alumni from the 80s probably have more issues of J-News frequented around their college memorabilia. Maybe some of them will turn up.

J-News featured updates on the J department alumni and included stories about the faculty and staff, including the <b>memorial issue for Ed Zuchelli in October 1986</b>. One of the most interesting things about the March 1983 issue is the cover picture of a young George Ramos, the current head of the Journalism Department, along with Nina Zacuto and John Healy.
