About this KCPR Alumni Website
This website, 
kcpralumni.org, is for KCPR Radio alumni. The website has three parts; each of them looks (and works) differently.
- Most of the pages -- plain text with a yellow border (like the page you're reading now) -- are part of a wiki. Anyone can add and edit pages on a wiki with a standard web browser. All changes are logged, so everyone can see what changes were made and by whom.

To see what's here, go to the HomePage and browse through the main categories. Also try searching from the FindPage box (at the top of every page) for the title of a page you want. (And if that search didn't help, try again from the FullTextSearch box in the middle of the results page.)
You can add and edit wiki and gallery pages yourself, so please join in and share your memories of KCPR with all of us! (To Before making any changes to the wiki, please log in. (Use the "Sign in as" button at the lower-right corner of every page.) Any changes made by un-logged-in users may be deleted without notice (because we can't notify someone who's unidentified).
Before you add a new page, please check whether there's already one like it! If you don't find a similar page to edit, then:
- Choose a new page name made of at least two capitalized words with no space between (like JerryPeek or AboutKcprAlumniWiki).
- Edit some other page on the wiki and add a sentence or paragraph there that describes your new page. Somewhere within that description, use the new page name. This will become the link to your new page.
- After you save those edits, you'll see a questionmark (?) next to the new page name. Click it to create the new page.
To edit a page, just click the Edit button and follow some simple editing rules. (Here are more details.) If you change your mind, simply click your browser's "back" button to return to the unedited page. Once you're happy with your edits, please describe them in the "Summary" box at the bottom (which makes it easy for other people to know what the change is about). And remember to click the "Save" button!
